David R. Clark
I have a wide-range of legal experience from working as: (1) an associate for a year with a defense law firm in Birmingham, Alabama, where I was assigned to many complex civil law suits; (2) an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Alabama for three years handling death penalty appeals; and (3) a U.S. Army lawyer (JAG) for over five years (more than four years on active duty with two deployments to the middle east). As a military lawyer, I prosecuted over 80 courts-martial to include murder, rape, theft, drug distribution, assault, child pornography, and many more!
